Personal profile

Research areas

The goal of my research is to develop health care that supports self-management and hinders unnecessary suffering from spinal pain. My research focuses on back pain and primary care including prognostic research and studies to investigate how evidence-based care for spinal pain is implemented in practice. I am a co-developer of “GLA:D Back”, a program for implementation of patient education and exercises to support self-management in people with persistent back pain.
