I am a former professional ski-jumper with a passion for talent development and career counseling. Through my own experience competing in several Olympics I have experience of sporting talent development at the very highest level. I appreciate that I can combine research, teaching and applied work in the field of elite sport in my current position. My main research areas contain elite athletes' careers and transition, the dual career of athletes, and the mental health and well-being in athletes
