Personal profile

Research areas

My research interest lies in public health, with a particular focus on the challenges of survey methodology in national health surveys, where I have a special interest in data collection and data quality.

In my PhD project, I investigate how declining response proportions affect data quality in national health surveys. The project analyzes the impact of reminders on non-response bias using data from the Danish National Health Survey and national registers. In addition, barriers and participation potentials are explored through interviews. The aim is to generate new knowledge that can support future data collection efforts to ensure valid and representative data for public health surveillance.
