Morten Kjær, associate professor, PhD
Areas of interest: Legal history with a special focus on the significance of the Reformation, the relationship between law and religion, the history of criminal law and the history of constitutional law history.
Furthermore, I conduct research and teach in legal methodology with a special interest in the history of the method, and the relationship between the method and societal changes, whether they are historical or contemporary such as discussions about law and digitalization.
