About

Organisation profile

The Entrepreneurship and Organization Research Group focuses on the creation and discovery of new opportunities in the domains of new and existing ventures. The theoretical foundation is an organizational and sociological perspective on venture formation and development. Thematically, particular attention is given to institutional and structural conditions that influence entrepreneurs and ventures as well as how collaborations internally and externally can act as a catalyst for new opportunity creation and discovery.

Recent projects in the group have investigated the empirical contexts of entrepreneurs networks and support, public-private innovation, entrepreneurship and design processes, co-creation management, rural entrepreneurship, and sustainable and social innovation.

The research group has extensive experience in management and partnering in research projects with funding from a multitude of funding agencies including The Danish Research Council, EU programs, and private foundations.
