Cross-Professional Leadership:Cross-Professional Leadership is a 1-year course with 4 2-day-seminars, for management of cross-professional school professions. The course provides the students with prerequisites for development in specific school contexts. The teaching is practice-oriented and takes place on a research and experience-based basis by researchers and educators from SDU and University Colleges. The course involves the students' individual projects that are planned, reviewed and evaluated in the organizational context.
