This course provides an overview on the core concepts of technology management and the challenges that emerging technologies pose organizations. The course provides conceptual frameworks of technology management as well as insights from recent academic research on technology management. The course combines lectures and case-based teaching. The theoretical concepts taught in the lecture are applied to cases that are discussed jointly with the instructor in the classroom.
