Description

This course includes basic theories and models for understanding and describing firm strategy. The course covers market approaches as well as resource-based approaches to strategic management. The idea of the course is that strategic management is a matter of obtaining a unique position in the market by utilizing the resources and capabilities of the firm and thereby creating a competitive advantage.
