The course focuses on quantitative methods for business and communication research. It aims at making students aware of the basic statistics tools available for academic research and provide them with the necessary instruments to read and understand current academic articles. The course is mandatory and it is also intended as a foundational course for most of the other courses in the program (e.g., Research Methods II, Economics courses, International Management, Advanced Organization Theory).
