DescriptionIn my teaching I use a variety of methods and tools, including lectures, discussion in groups or plenum, exercises, cases, films and different internet-based tools. I have also contributed considerably to teaching material in the form of Danish or international text-books or text-book chapters. Moreover, I am the principal developer of an intervention aimed at facilitating learning and behaviour change among bystanders to conflicts and bullying at work – an intervention that I have also used in a somewhat changed form in my teaching of university students and participants at courses or lectures.
