Countless lectures, workshops, theme-days and 1 to 5-day courses (involving entire organizations or parts of organizations from all branches and sectors) - on bullying, conflicts, conflict management, organizational development, organizational changes, change management, social capital, team development, communication, group dynamics, leadership, work stress, co-worker supervision etc. Participants included groups of middle- or top managers, employees, employee representatives, work-environment committees, ad-hoc groups such as appointed change managers, unions, expert groups, advisors etc..
