This Energy Economics course examines energy issues that pertain to economy, society, and the environment from an economic viewpoint.

This course provides the students with knowledge about the introductory theory of energy economics. In it we will develop tools of economic analysis necessary for understanding the concept and determinants of the main contemporary issues in energy policy. The objective of this course is to give the students skills to apply economics on various issues pertaining to energy markets, environmental impacts, supply and investment in renewable energy, regulation and global energy challenges.
