5-, 10-, and 15-ECTS område 4 course for English, History sidefag, and History students.This course covers the history of the United Kingdom under Queen Elizabeth II (1952–2022). Introducing students to social, cultural and political histories of Britain, the course invites students to consider how Britain has changed over the postwar period.
History students are assessed by an oral examination on a topic of their own choosing. English students have a 4.5–6 page home assignment from a choice of essay questions.
