3. Associate prof. Maria Elo, University of Southern Denmark, Denmark, professor, Belt and Road Institute of International Business, China, organized as part of an Erasmus collaboration with University of International Business UIB, Kazakhstan, an international seminar on the 8th of May especially for European, Eurasian and Chinese students and scholars on “Social sustainability: International and social entrepreneurship and Innovation” via Zoom. The speakers were: prof. Ainur Kenebayeva, UIB Kazakhstan, who presented unique findings from Kazakhstan, Central Asia, with notions of mixed characteristics of social ventures, female and rural entrepreneurship, prof. Anthony Ho, SHU, China, who presented Chinese developments and solutions to entrepreneurial concerns as well as discussions on social sustainability in Chinese entrepreneurship, and prof. Amon Simba, NBS, the UK, who presented viewpoints and concerns on the African entrepreneurship, its bottlenecks and innovation capacity as well as social impacts and -sustainability issues.
