Research Project - UFO2/TOP2 knowledge transfer Flensburg, Slovenia and China – SECOP: Head research project

The research project is made in cooperation between SECOP China and Institute of Technology and Innovation, University of Southern Denmark. The purpose of the project is 1) to develop and to test models for transfer of knowledge and development of knowledge in relation to production and 2) to support the development of a learning academy at SECOP China.
The main methods used throughout this project are based on Action Research. Materials for learning, workshops and seminars are developed in cooperation between a project management team from SECOP China and the researcher from University of Southern Denmark. The project is financed by Secop Compressors (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. Wuqing Development Area, Tianjin, China
