European Commission conference ‘The Demographic Transformation: Paving the Way for the EU’s Future’, Berlaymont Building, rue de la Loi, Brussels. The Egmont Institute in collaboration with the Cabinet of Vice President Dubravka Šuica and the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is honoured to invite you to the upcoming conference ‘The Demographic Transformation: Paving the Way for the EU’s Future’.This conference will explore the human capital, regional and global dimensions of Europe’s demographic transformation in the course of three panel discussions. They will serve as a critical platform for policy makers, government officials, EU and international organizations, and leading experts to deliberate and devise new paths in response to the EU's demographic transformation.
The conference is an opportunity to shape strategies that embrace demographic change, fostering a resilient, inclusive and prosperous Europe.
The event is in-person only and will take place on Monday, 25 March 2024 at the European Commission Charlemagne building (Rue de la Loi 170, 1040 Brussels)
