Embodied Methodologies: Gender, Body, Health and Knowledge Production engages with the multivarious roles of the body in epistemological creations. It grapples with the complexities of embodiment as not only a subject of research, but also as the very means and sensory experience through which research is undertaken. Indeed, this collection of essays aims to address how research, artistic, practitioner and activist methodologies focus on, engage with, analyze and utilize the body in producing knowledge. It specifically explores possible meanings and practices of embodied methodologies at the nexus of gender and health.
