An international online event took place on the 3rd of April called “COVID 19 and International Business” organized via Zoom by Shanghai University SHU, China, and Belt and Road Institute of International Business, BRIIB in collaboration with the University of Southern Denmark SDU. Keynote, associate prof. Maria Elo, SDU and BRIIB, presented some insights on “COVID-19 and International Business Implications to Sustainable International Business and Entrepreneurship” especially looking at the safety nets and responses regarding European entrepreneurship and SMEs, and discussing supranational social responsibilities, sustainability and solidarity requests, e.g. by the UN. Other speakers were: Lorenzo Riccardi (Italy, San Marino), Michelangelo Cocco, (Italy), Anthony Ho (China). The event reached a wide audience across borders, over 220 people
