Resumé

Innovation er blevet en meget vigtig del af kompetenceudviklingen. Det gælder om at samle organisationens medarbejdere om at rette fokus på kundeværdierne og understøtte de afledte kompetenceudviklingstiltag. Det er sammenfattet i en metode og koncept, der hedder CompetenceWeb®.

Bogen "The CompetenceWeb" tager udgangspunkt i flere meget vellykkede processer, som Tove Brink har gennemført for Danfoss.

CompetenceWeb® konceptet er en holistisk måde at lave markedsorienteret virksomhedsudvikling på, som fokuserer på innovation og kompetencer. Processen bygger på en kombination af procesforløb og strukturerede værktøjer til at udpege kompetence-udviklingsområderne. Ledelsen har sammen med HR-området en vigtig rolle som henholdsvis drivkraft og facilitator for indarbejdelse af den nødvendige innovative kompetenceudvikling i tæt samspil med resten af organisationen.
