Abstrakt

This paper describes the theory of experience
orientation, which builds on the division of experiences
in two categories: Goal-oriented and Omni-oriented.
The theory comes from preliminary studies of userexperiences
in a work-context, where I have found this
distinction to be beneficial. In this paper I explain the
theory behind it and the practical application of such a
distinction when designing for an experience.
