Abstract

The establishment of pervasive learning environments is based on the successful combination and re-configuration of inter-connected sets of activities and contexts. This chapter presents a definition of Pervasive (e) Learning Environments and discusses the pedagogical potentials and challenges in developing such environments with emphasis on context, new didactics, content and affordances.
