Abstract

This paper aims to explore how knowledge creation in a local textile ecosystem can have global impact? Theoretically, we will draw on theories about knowledge creation, including theories of embodied and tacit knowledge (Kimbell, 2009; Nonaka, Toyama & Konno, 2000). Empirically, we will use the local R&D test material factory as a site of research (READY n.n).
