    Abstract

This poster presentation discusses ongoing, design-based research that investigates how middle school pupils use computational thinking strategies as part of their collaborative effort to write interactive stories, using the online tool Twine within the school subject of Danish (L1). A tool, specifically designed to support pupils’ processual text production is introduced, and its affordances and constraints as a structuring resource, supporting the pupil’s computational participation and literacy skills, are discussed.
