The authors regret that post-publication, an error in the age-adjusted incidence rate for the older cohort was found (a paragraph in section 3.1, page 121, and Fig. 1, page 122). With this note, we provide the corrections to the article below. The authors apologize for these errors and any inconveniences or confusion they may have caused. The corrections do not change the overall conclusions of the article. Correction to a paragraph in section 3.1, page 121: The original text states, “In contrast, the age-standardized incidence rate of the older patients ranged from 1.8 (2009) to 2.6 (2016) per 100,000 woman-years with no significant change throughout the study period (APC = +1.5; 95% CI: −0.2, 3.3).” This should be corrected to “The age-standardized incidence rate of the older patients ranged from 68.3 (2008) to 55.4 (2017) per 100,000 woman-years with no significant change throughout the study period (APC = −0.8; 95% CI: −1.6, 0.02).” The authors would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
