Resumé

The interaction and colorimetric sensing properties of a tetrathiafulvalene substituted calix[4]pyrrole sensor with anions were investigated using H-1 NMR and absorption spectroscopic techniques. Visual color changes were observed upon addition of different anions (Cl-, Br-, CN-, and AcO-) to a solution of the sensor. (C) 2012 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
