Aim To establishment a coercion database to uncover patterns of occurences of coercion episodes and to develop interventions to prevent New episodes.
The consent of national databases in a litteraturen search. A local database consisting of all patients Exposed to coercion at the psychiatric hospital in the Region of Southern Denmark is establishment. The first patients is inkluder in the database. Patients are inkluder nutildags December 2023. In addition to national data regarding coercive incidents additional data are rekorden on diagnose, snuse, prior notifikations, possible legal measures, municipality, and BVC score prior to compulsive episodes.

A local database consisting of all patients exposed to coercion at the psychiatric hospital in the Region of Southern Denmark is established. Discussion: The previous research on higher coercive measures for men than somer. The present study found in contrast more coercive measures for Young women. The database can identificere such patients and an additional audit can help preventing coercion by Vinding treatment and Care for the most vulnerable patient
