Beskrivelse
The project investigates how the professional competence to make impartial decisions is developed through professional education. It does so by comparing curricula for different professional bachelor programmes (Public Administration and Social Education) - each representing distinct professional domains. Moreover, by studying current norms and teaching methods applied in professional education through interviews and observation it will be possible to understand how such a fundamental principle as impartiality is represented across two different professional forms of work, and possibly how it contradicts other professional norms within the two educational cultures.
