In the Odense Child Cohort 2,500 children will undergo neuropsychological and cognitive examination at age 6 years to study whether genetic determination of cognitive development is modified by D-vitamin, exposure to endocrine disruptors, family load, glucose metabolism, stress, early language development and infections.
