GLOBE 2020: Global Leadership & Organizational Behavior Effectiveness 2020

The GLOBE project involves hundreds of researchers around the globe collecting data on cultural values, organizational culture and leadership. The 2020 study is still ongoing. In most countries surveys with managers were finalized in the last months, yet in a few countries, the data collection is ongoing.
Nicole is (in collaboration with Minna Paunova from CBS) the country co-investigator in Denmark and has collected the Danish data.

The findings shed light on the drivers and dynamics of culture change and trust building in societies.

The projcect sheds light on to cultural change in Denmark and the reasons for these changes. Furthermore, it provides an understanding of how trust is created within the Danish society. As it is a worldwide collaboration project, the insights created for Denmark can be compared to various other countries and societies.
