Exploration, exploitation, and coopetition in strategic alliances and innovation ecosystems

In this project, we use multiple research methodologies, including human experiments, computational models, interviews/case studies, and empirical analysis to understand the trade-offs between exploration and exploitation as well as the trade-offs between value creation and value appropriation in innovation ecosystems, where strong complementary and interdependence exist between firms.
