ERS International Collaborative Effusion (ICE) database project

The aim of this collaboration is to collect data on patients with pleural effusions on a global level. To prove that we can collaborate effectively we have spent the last few months voting on and selecting topics of particular interest to both the group and the wider pleural community. These will hopefully generate important and early publications. The selected topics for the group to focus on are:
i. Chylothorax
ii. Non-specific pleuritis
iii. Eosinophilic effusions
iv. Non-malignant (transudative) effusions
