This industrial PhD will develop new knowledge to extant literature about supply chain design by conducting case studies and a Delphi study from a dynamic capability perspective. VIKING faces high demanding challenges in their supply
chain, in which new solutions must be found. The objective is to develop theories that have not been explored in literature and that the theories can be applied in a global organization to increase their competitiveness.
