Climate adaptation across borders: Developing a screening tool from first-mover municipalities

The purpose is to develop a screening tool to identify and map Danish and German municipalities that are first movers in climate adaptation, and therefore can act as role models for late moving municipalities. By categorizing former and successful climate adaption initiatives, the implementation of local climate adaption plans will be improved and speeded up throughout both Danish and German municipalities.
