Carlsbergfondet - Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography for Protein Purification

It is important that there is a fast protein liquid chromatography for protein purification, i.e., FPLC, at the Department of Physics, Chemistry and Pharmacy, University of Southern Denmark, because the department must maintain its completive profile for research and education in the fields of enzyme catalysis, protein chemistry, and pharmacy. In particular, the department has five large international groups, which highly depend on the availability of the FPLC. Without it, their research progress will be significantly affected. Moreover, the access to FPLC at the department will contribute to high quality education to chemistry and pharmacy students by providing their hands on experience with proteins in labs.
