Second place (in a tie) at the WearRAcon Wearable Robotics Conference 2020 Innovation Challenge

The UnOrthoDOKS knee brace for osteoarthritis patients, designed by Danish Shaikh is meant to go beyond the capabilities of the typical passive knee braces. It bends away during knee contraction to allow for cooling of the area. This is a fully customizable ergonomics device vs. what is currently on the market which can only be partially customized. Danish Shaikh was awarded second place in a tie for his UnOrthoDOKS knee brace at the WearRAcon Wearable Robotics Conference 2020 Innovation Challenge.
