Forskningsområder

My research primarily delves into the regulatory reforms following the global financial crisis and the Sustainable Finance agenda initiated in 2017. These pivotal events have triggered a regulatory tsunami for the financial industry, presenting a myriad of novel legal challenges within the EU, encompassing both institutional and substantive aspects. My approach explores these aspects through a contextual methodology, drawing insights from various disciplines beyond law.

Furthermore, by actively integrating my research findings into my teaching, I not only ensure that students benefit from the latest developments and practical insights in company law and financial law but also continually deepen my own understanding. Engaging with students' questions and perspectives often leads to new insights and avenues for exploration, enriching both my research and teaching practices.

My research has been published in various prestigious journals, reflecting my contributions to both national and international legal scholarship, including Danish journals such as Ugeskrift for retsvæsen, Nordic journals like Tidsskrift for Rettsvitenskap and Nordisk tidsskrift for selskabsret, and international journals such as the European Company and Financial Law Review.
