Forskningsområder

I hold a PhD in Change Management and work as an affiliated Assistant Professor at the Center for Organizing Social Sustainability in the Institute of Design, Media, and Educational Science at the university. Moreover, I am head of Innovation, Library Impact, and Internationalisation at the University Library of Southern Denmark.

My research is positioned at the intersection of organizational studies, knowledge management, and social sustainability, with a strong focus on how knowledge-intensive organizations evolve and create impact. Using qualitative and mixed methods approaches, including narrative analysis, and applied impact frameworks, my work explores leadership, change management, and organizational transformation in complex institutional environments.

My research highlights the role of leadership in shaping organizational culture, supporting strategic transitions, and enabling more collaborative and participatory knowledge ecosystems.

Looking ahead, I aim to expand interdisciplinary and international collaborations and contribute to developing more adaptive, inclusive, and socially responsible organizational models across sectors.
