Forskningsinteresser

I am a physiotherapist who graduated in Brazil in 2016 from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora, with one year of exchange at New ork Institute of Technology (NYIT) under a full Fullbright scholarship. I specialized in cardiovascular physiotherapy at the Federal University of Minas Gerais in 2019. After working as a physiotherapist, the academia caught my attention and interest. I pursued a Master's in Public Health at Lund University, in Sweden, and now I am a PhD fellow at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU). I see myself as very dedicated and a fast learner, always looking for ways to grow and challenge myself. I am known by colleagues for being proactive and professional. I have clinical experience, which I bring into my research practice, and a high interest in translational research. Currently, my research focus is cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, physical activity, and their impact on Public Health.
