Forskningsområder

My work focus centers on participatory approaches, particularly citizen science, to help facilitate that research is performed with citizens and not solely on or for the citizens. My work emphasizes co-creation, involving citizens as active partners throughout the research process from design to dissemination. This approach enhances relevance for the end-users and fosters engagement. I have experience from a range of research projects in supporting the citizen science approach as a research methodology.

In addition to my work with citizen participation, I have leadership experience across sectors. I have led both research-related and practical implementation projects, often in complex settings with multiple stakeholders. My leadership style is characterized by initiative, structure, and a strong ability to move ideas from concept to implementation. I have coordinated teams, supervised student assistants, and managed collaborations across disciplines and organizations. As project lead, I ensure clear communication, delegation, and follow-through, enabling projects to stay on course and achieve tangible results.
