Forskningsområder

Leonardo Menghi is a Postdoc at the University of Southern Denmark. His research spans sensory science, psychometrics, human nutrition, and metagenomics, which also reflect his main scientific interests. He is currently examining the links between interpersonal variations in food sensory perception and the oral microbiome, as well as sensory profiling and the physiological and psychological factors driving the perception and acceptance of plant-based foods produced by precision fermentations.
