Kent Wickstrøm Jensen
Kent Wickstrøm Jensen is an associate professor in organization and knowledge management at the Department of Entrepreneurship and Relationship Management, University of Southern Denmark, Kolding Denmark. His research interests relate to Organizational Design, Intra-organizational Networks, Knowledge Management and Entrepreneurship. Specific research topics include the effects of motivational and cognitive mechanisms on the integration of knowledge among project team members, organization design principles for virtual organizations, and the effect of structural knowledge exchange patterns on the entrepreneurial performance of spin-offs and independent start-ups. His publications include international journal articles and book chapters.
