Researching, writing and educating for a better public debate. Previously reporter at Politiken, DR and Ingeniøren, debate school leader and project manager for newsroom development.
Currently researching the implementation of constructive journalism in practice and newsroom innovation for my PhD project "Beyond the Buzzword", and I teach political communication at the Institute of Political Science.
Previously leader of Politiken's Debate & Critique School (Politikens Debattør- og Kritikerskole) and Policy Fellow in constructive climate journalism and debate at University of Copenhagen.
I have more than ten years of experience working in news production and public debate, especially at DR, Ingeniøren and Politiken. My work has spanned news reporting, editing, investigative journalism, newsroom development, project management, public debate education and media training.
I have a Master's degree in Journalism and international politics and economics from Roskilde University.
