Forskningsinteresser

My research activities are focused on understanding how to facilitate health and wellbeing and improve health care experiences of service users. I take a transdisciplinary approach to explore and identify what defines (mental) health and how to create the necessary conditions to equal health care and to active patient participation in health care and health research. My work centres on including the viewpoints, lived experience and knowledge of service users and their relatives in public policy, practice and learning. Facilitating patient and public involvement and co-production and the study of involvement and co-production are at the heart of my work.
