This is a video series that provides: i) a short introduction to NCA, ii) an introduction to the logics used in PLS-SEM and NCA, iii) an overview of the key parameters in NCA, iv) a software demonstration in SmartPLS 4, v) an overview of interpreting results, vi) and a summary of the benefits of the complementary use of PLS-SEM and NCA.
