This course includes general theories and models for reducing uncertainty in organizational and management decision making processes. The course is based on the idea that managerial and organizational decision making relies on both structural and social elements. A part of the course is preparation of a report, which is part of the exam. The report includes an external and internal organizational analysis with a company used as empirical support.
