This course consists of two modules, Mathematics and Digital Signal Processing. The Mathematics module mainly covers Fourier transform and Laplace transform, multivariate function and its gradient and applications, and curve, surface, and volume integrals. DSP module mainly covers data digitalization (sampling and quantization) and reconstruction, digital signal processing and analysis methods in time and frequency domains, and design methods of Finite Impulse Response filters (FIR) and Infinite Impulse Response filters (IIR).
