This project explores the development of trajectory generation algorithms for CNC foam cutting machines, with a focus on achieving precision and efficiency in producing complex shapes. The study investigates modeling, simulation, and experimental approaches to optimize control parameters such as arm speed, corner acceleration, jerk, and wire temperature. Addressing challenges like foam deformation and maintaining cutting integrity, the research aims to enhance CNC foam cutting technology. The outcomes include algorithm design, parameter optimization, and potentially a functional prototype, contributing significantly to advancements in manufacturing processes.
