800 skildpadder konfiskeret: Terrariet hjælper til

The Vissenbjerg Terrariet received 50 tortoises that have been confiscated in Croatia. These animals were being illegally traded for the European pet market as salt. Together with the Terrarium, a research group from the University of Southern Denmark is trying to stop the illegal trade by identifying loopholes in the laws that currently allow sellers to trade animals of threatened species that were collected from the wild.
