Beskrivelse
CQ research has gained popularity over the years within the IB domain, but there remain to be gaps and new avenues that can be explored to further highlight the utility of CQ as an important cross-cultural capability not only for individuals but also for teams and firms such as MNEs. Through this panel discussion, we aim to stir the interest of new researchers and reinvigorate those who are already researching on CQ to continue the work, particularly in terms of contextualization, conceptualization, and methodological innovation of CQ.Periode | jul. 2022 |
