This course offers a basic understanding of issues around organizational theories on digital technology and innovation including the importance of a socio-technical perspective and practice- and process-approaches in analyzing the development and use of technology. The course focuses on classics and contemporary theories and empirical studies addressing various aspects of the role of technological innovations in organizations, and in particular related to digital technologies.
